Submitting an enrollment or scheduling request does not guarantee you a seat. A request is not confirmed until we confirm it with you directly. Payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are arranged with you by our staff when you enroll.
3. Training results and certification
Completing a class does not guarantee that you will earn a certification. Certification depends on your performance and on the requirements of the program or standards body that issues it, which are outside our control.
